江蘇省血液中心成立于1985年7月，為江蘇省衛(wèi)生健康委員會(huì)直屬公益性事業(yè)單位，是集采供血、輸血科研、輸血技術(shù)服務(wù)、輸血新技術(shù)應(yīng)用與推廣為一體的專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)。多年來(lái)，中心緊緊圍繞“保障臨床供血、保障用血安全、促進(jìn)采供血事業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展”這一目標(biāo)，以獻(xiàn)血者為中心，著力提高采供血服務(wù)水平，加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)能力建設(shè)、單位文化建設(shè)、人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，黨風(fēng)廉政和職業(yè)道德建設(shè)，充分發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)作用，上下一心，開(kāi)拓奮進(jìn)，先后獲得“江蘇省文明單位”、“江蘇省五一勞動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)狀”、“江蘇省模范職工之家”、“全國(guó)青年文明號(hào)”等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。       中心組織機(jī)構(gòu)健全，工作職責(zé)明確，設(shè)有16個(gè)科室。現(xiàn)有在崗職工235名，其中專業(yè)技術(shù)人員197名（博士2名、碩士30名），高級(jí)職稱35名，中級(jí)職稱80名。        中心主要負(fù)責(zé)駐寧部、省屬及部隊(duì)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的臨床供血，為臨床提供紅細(xì)胞、冰凍血漿、血小板、冷沉淀凝血因子、輻照血等血液品種，同時(shí)為臨床提供疑難配血、血型參比、抗體篩查、基因分型等輸血技術(shù)服務(wù)。       中心認(rèn)真履行省級(jí)血液中心職能，牽頭開(kāi)展全省采供血機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合內(nèi)審、開(kāi)放性課題招標(biāo)、室間質(zhì)評(píng)、崗位技能競(jìng)賽、專業(yè)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)等；協(xié)助省衛(wèi)健委召開(kāi)全省無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血工作聯(lián)席會(huì)辦公室成員會(huì)議、全省血站站長(zhǎng)會(huì)、全省血液應(yīng)急保障等工作會(huì)議；在省衛(wèi)健委的指導(dǎo)下，協(xié)助省總工會(huì)、省文明辦、省委省級(jí)機(jī)關(guān)工委、省國(guó)資委等有關(guān)行政部門(mén)出臺(tái)一系列推動(dòng)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血工作的文件，配合國(guó)家衛(wèi)生健康委、省人大常委會(huì)教科文衛(wèi)委調(diào)研江蘇無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血工作并積極參與《江蘇省獻(xiàn)血條例》的修訂及實(shí)施，為促進(jìn)全省無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血工作持續(xù)發(fā)展發(fā)揮了應(yīng)有的作用。       中心與法國(guó)血液中心、南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)等建立友好合作關(guān)系，在血液預(yù)警、輸血安全技術(shù)、經(jīng)血傳播傳染病防控、采供血信息共享等領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展合作，不斷提升中心科研水平，多個(gè)研究項(xiàng)目獲獎(jiǎng)。中心先后獲國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、江蘇省科技廳、江蘇省衛(wèi)生健康委等多項(xiàng)課題立項(xiàng)；獲得江蘇省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)、江蘇醫(yī)學(xué)科技獎(jiǎng)、江蘇省醫(yī)學(xué)新技術(shù)引進(jìn)獎(jiǎng)、江蘇省預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)、南京市科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)等多個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。       中心與新疆伊犁州、克州、青海省和西藏自治區(qū)血液中心建立對(duì)口援助，在人才培養(yǎng)、業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo)、設(shè)備援助、經(jīng)費(fèi)支持等方面做了大量工作，受到各方面好評(píng)。       中心地址：江蘇省南京市玄武區(qū)龍?bào)绰?79號(hào)       郵政編碼：210042       電 話：025-85411569       傳 真：025-85411569       獻(xiàn)血熱線：025-85418573       網(wǎng) 址：lilk.cn Introduction Jiangsu Blood Center (JSBC), established in July 1985, is a public welfare institution directly under Jiangsu Commission of Health. It provides services of blood collection and supply, blood transfusion related research and technical service, as well as application and promotion of new transfusion technologies. Over the years, JSBC has been committed to ensuring clinical blood supply and safety, fostering the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. To achieve the goal, it has played a leading role in enhancing the service quality of blood collection and supply, reinforcing the development of professional capabilities, corporate culture and talent teams, as well as upholding high standards in Party conduct and professional ethics. Therefore, JSBC has been awarded many accolades, such as the Jiangsu Civilized Unit Award, the Jiangsu May Day Labor Medal, the Jiangsu Exemplary Staff Hub Award, and the National Youth Model Unit Award.   JSBC consists of 16 departments and currently employs a total of 235 staff members, including 197 professionals (with 2 doctors and 30 masters among them). Among these professionals, 35 hold senior professional titles while 80 possess intermediate titles.   JSBC is primarily responsible for providing clinical blood supply to provincial hospitals and local military medical institutions. It provides a variety of blood products including red blood cells, frozen plasma, platelets, cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor and irradiated blood components. Besides, it offers transfusion technical services such as complex blood matching, blood type referencing, antibody screening and genotyping.   JSBC fulfills the responsibilities of one provincial blood center such as conducting provincial joint audits of blood establishments, managing research project bidding, conducting external quality evaluations, organizing skills competitions, and providing specialized technical training. In addition, JSBC also assists the Jiangsu Commission of Health in organizing various working meetings, such as members' meetings of the provincial Joint Meeting on Voluntary Blood Donation, leadership meetings of blood establishments in Jiangsu, and provincial blood contingency meetings. Furthermore, under the guidance of Commission of Health, JSBC has cooperated with relevant administrative bureaus in issuing a series of documents aimed at promoting blood donation. For example, the revision and implementation of the Regulations on Blood Donation in Jiangsu Province have played a pivotal role in the sustainable development of the blood donation industry in Jiangsu.   JSBC continuously improves its scientific research level through various means, including establishing friendly and cooperative relations with the Blood Center of France and Nanjing Medical University, conducting scientific research in areas such as haemovigilance, transfusion safety technology, prevention and control of transfusion transmitted infections and data sharing on blood collection and supply.  JSBC has received funding from the National Natural Science Foundation, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the Jiangsu Commission of Health, and has been honored with numerous provincial and municipal awards.   JSBC has established couplet assistance with blood establishments in Xinjiang, Qinghai and Xizang, providing expertise in talent development, operational guidance, equipment and financial support, thereby earning a commendable reputation.
